Do you know how much physical activity a pregnant woman should do each week? This guide, developed by the Chief Medical Officers’ Physical Activity Expert Group, will help.

Lesley Smith, one of the founders of Zumba4Bump, was a member of the group conducting the research this year.

If you haven’t exercised before becoming pregnant, it’s recommended that you begin gradually with 10 minute bouts of moderate intensity exercise building up to a total of 150 minutes across the week.
